At X3 Vision, all our products are made to order to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Once an order is placed, production begins, and modifications or cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are delivered within 7 to 14 days after successful payment.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will receive a tracking link via email once their order is shipped.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • X3 Vision is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier service disruptions, or other external factors.

2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 No Returns or Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

2.2 Damaged Product Claims

  • If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to x3visions3d@gmail.com with:
    ✅ Clear images of the damaged product
    Original packaging images showing any damage
    Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Information)
  • Claims sent after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • If approved, we will either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on stock availability.

2.3 Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
